Met these munchkins when they were just babies in preschool. Mama was kind enough to call me up to capture them as ‘little men.’ I’m sorry about the rough-housin’ in their church clothes…but what’s a boy without a grass stain or two?
These two fair-skinned cuties are a late November – early December regular. Every year…and I mean e-v-e-r-y year…the weather is perfect up until the morning of our shoot and it turns unseasonably cold for that day. We have to hustle and keep them warm as both get little pink noses and eyes. I think between the skipping, secret-sister-handshake, whippin’ and nae nae’in…we did alright. This sweet couple…brought together on a perfect November night…in the Huguenot Church and the Charleston Library Society. Fun was had by all in one of the most interesting venues with a FANTASTIC band. Great families…excited groom…talented bride…all on the dance floor within first few songs. Groom got up to sing a song…which hit a special spot for me as my husband did the very same…21 years ago. Cheers to a perfect night…I’m not sure it could have gone any better. |
