Come here, doggie!

I know that including a family pet – (or maybe even an extended family member) – can sometimes be stressful.  I always recommend it as the extra work is worth it for a couple of reasons.  First, my motto is ‘the crazier the better’ during a shoot.  For real.  Why?…because it takes the focus off the shoot and brings out real personalities.  Second, who doesn’t want to have printed and framed the very one who pooped on the oriental rug?  Enjoyed our morning…Happy Thanksgiving!

Presidential beauty…

This sweet bride is one of my very favorite people on the planet.  She has taught two of my children middle school history with such a passion, joy and understanding.  How fitting that her bridal suite was adorned with several portraits of American presidents.

What a blessing it is has been for these two to meet and marry.   Cheers to dropping the ‘loe’…

Lynn Joye - These are the most beautiful wedding photos! I have a daughter who is only 11 right now, but I sure hope you are still doing wedding photography when it’s her turn! And where was the ceremony and reception? And that GOWN! I’d love to know more about it.

Sincerely,
Lynn Joye

Mother of Groom - Indeed, Travis Dew is quite gifted in photography! We are thrilled with this sneak preview of the wedding and reception. The ceremony was at St. Michael’s Church and the reception was at the Carolina Yacht Club. Merry Christmas!

Pretty in pink…and red…

Always a treat to get to see these cute peeps.  Good moods and great attitudes with every shoot and always willing to play.  Those two older ones…can’t keep their hands off Miss “F”…can you blame them?!

It’s all in the hair…

So great to see these guys again and I can’t get over how much the girls have grown.  I would just like to express how much hair-envy I have over all three…(sorry Daddy, I pretty much already pull your hair style.)  Here is a little sneak peek…I will let you know when the rest go up.

Early morning fun…!

Yes…we took a chance on such an early shoot…the morning after a Halloween party…but I think we had ourselves some fun despite the roosters crowing!  Mama, you have to be proud as these are four as they are the nicest, most polite, little people.

Worth it times TWO…!

Love getting to visit with these two…always a fun time on Worth Avenue!

Oversized human mosquitos…lots of wind…and a lil’ frost…

It’s always nice when I get out of town to do a little work.  No laundry…no carpooling…just work with a large side of fun.  It was great to meet some new friends this time.  Here is your sneak peak…I’ll let you know when the rest of the gallery goes up!

When in Palm Beach…enjoy!

These are two of my fav’s…and we always have a fun time together.  Mama almost cancelled because of conflicting plans and she couldn’t be there…but I think we made the right decision and the girls did GREAT.  Despite the drizzly weather and the gusting wind…our girl time..was right on time.

Windy and blocked off!

We attempted one location…but were roped off and blocked out…and the winds were tropical storm speed and we needed to think fast due to impending rain.  With some quick maneuvering, we pulled it off!  I hope the rest of the day was fabulous and that little mister was able to get his treat!

I mean…I can’t even…

This sweet girl is happy, sweet and snuggly…like the kind of stuff that makes you want to pour gravy on her and get all up under that chin…legs…ears…fingers.  Deeelish.
